As Videographer you possess both video production skills and a demonstrated comfort working within a corporate professional environment. The team seeks a candidate with strong project management skills as well the ability to create, shoot and edit video. You will be managing the pipeline of video production requests, working with stakeholders from video project conception through completion. The Videographer should be self-directed, have strong problem-solving skills, good record-keeping skills, be able to work across various projects - and should be comfortable interacting with stakeholders and executives.




  • Responsible for the timely delivery of quality videos that engage the audience and meet the company needs.
  • Execute on all aspects of video production (shooting, lighting, audio, editing).
  • Organize video shoots and other production activities.
  • Capture footage/stills at special events and other assignments as needed.
  • Shoot and capture commercial quality interviews, audio, b-roll, live events, etc.
  • Proactively seek ways to improve the quality of videos.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of video equipment and software.
  • Must be able to work irregular hours and occasionally travel.


  • Experience shooting with a variety of cameras (Sony, Canon, Red, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with Video Producer, Communication Manager, Project Manager and Video Editor, to develop and implement video solutions.
  • Record and edit video and sound projects, including capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, inserting graphics and titles, adding music/voice-over.
  • Juggle various projects and handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency-style environment.
  • Stay well-informed of the latest tools and software in order to produce the best work possible.
  • Ensure timely, accurate completion of assigned projects.
  • Manage the upkeep and storage of all video equipment/assets.
  • Manage video library/archival system for videos.


  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in video production or related field strongly preferred
  • Video production experience required.
  • Film reel of previous work that displays a high level of production capability.
  • Knowledge of interviewing/green screen lighting techniques and all aspects of post-production.
  • Proficiency with audio for video production techniques (sound, video, and lighting).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required, and ability to work successfully in a team environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and exhibit strong organizational abilities required.
  • Accustomed to working in an environment requiring multi-tasking and changing project priorities.
  • Ability to work well with on-screen talent
