The Video Producer and Editor will be charged with hands-on editing, as well as implementing best in class video creative processes. They will be responsible for ongoing video post-production; with focus on product, customer stories, social and branded video content.





  • Function as a producer/editor, creating entertaining and educational video content, bringing our brands to life.
  • Manage overall production calendar pipeline.
  • Manage established production processes.
  • Editing both live action and incorporating b-roll.
  • Editing audio and sound design on projects
  • Manage media assets and archiving on all company projects
  • Assisting with department operation: asset tracking, and on-set production.
  • Develop knowledge/understanding of products and technologies that relate to various lines of our business.



  • Minimum of 5 years editing experience on both short-form and long-form projects for digital platforms.
  • Must have strong grasp of the latest editing techniques and visual trends.
  • Must be proficient in HD video workflow, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Studio Suite, After Effects, Photoshop, and have solid technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must have excellent time management and project management skills in order to multitask and beat deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to think in a conceptual and executional manner, to tell visual stories and push boundaries.
  • Must have great communication and storytelling skills to convey your approach and techniques to internal team members.
  • Receptive to notes and feedback throughout the editing process.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products and the ability to learn other basic computer programs.


  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in video production or related field strongly preferred
  • Video production experience required.
  • Film reel of previous work that displays a high level of production capability.
  • Knowledge of interviewing/green screen techniques and all aspects of post-production.
  • Proficiency with audio for video production techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required, and ability to work successfully in a team environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and exhibit strong organizational abilities required.
  • Accustomed to working in an environment requiring multi-tasking and changing project priorities.
  • Ability to work well with on-screen talent.
