ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Selling the company’s products or services and maintaining relationships with assigned customer base.
Drive market share growth in the region and with assigned customers.
Expanding and developing key accounts along with acquiring new business directly or through distribution.
Collect, compile and analyze business information, i.e., market dynamics, trends, competitive information, etc. to utilize in decision making and business strategies.
Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Interact and communicate effectively with employees and management on business matters in a business professional manner.
To ensure that all sales activities meet/satisfy all business and/or legal requirements
Establish and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements

REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent experience
3- 5 years of related experience in a similar sales role.
Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business in Storage
Be able to demonstrate leadership positioning of all Western Digital brands and portfolio
Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage channel to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
Experience in handling complex issues which require a high level of expertise in decision-making.
Must be willing to travel both within the UK and to other countries in the region.

PREFERRED:
Experience in channel, enterprise & e-tail sales 
Proficient with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
Ability to demonstrate a growth mind-set
