  • Required to work closely with the sales team to enable and capitalize on all new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for establish and maintaining close relationships with the customers
  • Responsible for providing up to date product information to the customer
  • Organize and attend all Concept and Product Design Reviews, record, track and close all actions items discussed in said reviews.
  • Responsible for collecting all unique customer hardware and software requirements, and pass the information to the Product Application Engineering (PAE) team to ensure that final product meet customer requirements.
  • Responsible for working with the customer on qualification schedules and pass the agreed upon dates to the PAE team and record all status into the company qualification status data base
  • Technical account focal point for all customer qualification needs which includes gathering and providing information back to the development team via the PAE team.
  • Responsible for all customer product samples (engineering and qualification samples), including request, tracking and final delivery to the customer.
  • Responsible for having a close relationship with the Functional Integrity Test Team (FIT) and the System Integrity Test team (SIT), providing customer hardware and test-ware information to said teams to ensure successful qualification
  • Provide failure analysis, product on-site expertise and on-site diagnostic support, being able to capture bus traces, product logs and being able to perform initial FA to ensure proper follow up of failure analysis by subject matter experts
  • Responsible for recording all qualification customer issues and in some cases sustaining issues into the company issue tracking data base and provide timely updates on issue progress back to the customer.
  • Work hand in hand with the PAE team during qualification and provide technical assistance to Customers during the sustaining phase of a product
  • Communicate and update technical status for all accounts supported, to the CQE and PAE management
  • Job requires continuous effort to keep up to date on new technologies, attend related provided classes to ensure best in class support for the customer
