As Technical Account Field Engineer you will work with cross functional groups to plan and champion qualification activities, coordinate technical meetings, internally champion customer escalations, build strong working relationships with the customer, and ensure customer satisfaction. Occasional domestic or international travel may be required based on business needs.

 

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide business, technical, and product knowledge in support of pre and post sales activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address product related questions and technical challenges
  • Gain working knowledge of customer processes and applications to enable more complete testing and validation of new products.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer escalations and ensure appropriate steps are taken to get resolution
  • Partner with Account Sales and Development teams to build relationships with decision makers, business contacts, and influencers
  • Drive adherence to internal processes to ensure proper documentation and traceability.
  • Attend technical meetings and business reviews to stay abreast of both business and technical issues that may exist.

REQUIRED:


  • BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • More than three years’ experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Ability to match customer requirements with product capabilities
  • Ability to make right decisions based on strong analytical reasoning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that build positive relationships with the customer team and internal team members
  • Strong ability to organize work schedule and time to ensure deadlines are always met
