Job description

At Western Digital we have a great opportunity for a hardworking, enthusiastic and dynamic Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us developing  company's Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies by bringing advanced & innovative recruitment marketing methods and tactics to the recruiting process in order to attract top talent in the market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build brand awareness - plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality talents
  • Suggest new ideas for improving candidate’s experience and engagement
  • Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns, Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
  • Create recruitment marketing content
  • Build a talent network and communities, using digital media 
  • Design and plan recruiting events
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on social media advertising campaigns
  • Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry
  • Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels
  • Generate a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Screen candidates
  • Provide administrative support for the Talent Acquisition Team 

 

REQUIRED:

  • BA/MA student in Marketing, PR or similar relevant field, with at least 2 academic years to graduate - A must
  • Experience in planning & managing media campaigns- A must
  • English & Hebrew at a high level – A must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)- A must
  • Experience in marketing and current knowledge of trends and innovations in digital media
  • In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
  • Recruitment marketing experience or a clear understanding of the recruiting function
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate’s selection methods
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment while efficiently managing multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
