Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks. Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with candidate interview scheduling
  • Manage candidate travel scheduling
  • Sends out and monitors interview feedback evaluation forms
  • Coordinates requisitions and offer letters through Taleo applicant tracking system
  • Pre-hire on-boarding for new employees and assists in the new-hire orientation process.
  • Inputs data into automated systems and audits data entry
  • Verifies completeness and accuracy of documents
  • Assists with signing up and creating payment requests for career fairs, conferences, and events
  • Will track invoices or budgets, prepare check requests, or purchase orders for approval
  • Preparing special reports for management
  • Participates in project teams as assigned
  • Suggests process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or related field
  • 1-2 yrs. related experience or equivalent combination of education and administrative experience
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment and able to keep calm under pressure
  • Must have strong attention to detail and strive for data accuracy
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient at using a PC; highly proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, conduct business in ethical manner, present a credible image and accept and follow direction
  • Able to read, analyze, and interpret company policies and guidelines
  • Desire to work in teams
  • Ability to take a proactive approach to projects and day-to-day tasks
