Staff Engineer, Test Engineering

• Handle ASIC Controller product engineering
• Manage production support engineering for a specific product or group of products after transfer from design to high volume production
• Interfaces with design, process, test and reliability engineering to solve problems;
• Sustain products with cost reduction and yield improvements
• Taking care ASIC Controller production and yield improvement
• Manage CM site and improve production efficiency
• Taking care ASIC Controller eFA/pFA
• New product introduction, test yield improvement, test cost reduction, test process improvement, product quality assurance

REQUIRED:

   Have a BS/BA degree or equivalent with 5 or more years of related experience

• Logic Controller testing related experience
• Familiar Teradyne platform, Visual Basic/C++, Perl or Python (optional)
• Must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.
• A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft office - smart in excel/power point
