  • Oversees the delivery of Brand awareness strategies that build an employee brand experience.
  • Aligns with HR Employer brand activities to ensure optimal brand experience.
  • Ensures new hire orientation and onboarding communicates Corporate Mission/Vision and is executed in a fashion that reflects our Corporate Brand.
  • Educates Western Digital internal teams on Western Digital's voice and brand through the lens of our employees.
  • Establishes a cadence of brand advocacy leveraging Connect TV and the Brand Center.
  • Collaborates with Western Digital’s space design teams to create and maintain corporate signage guidelines and standards and ensures uniform experience across our global sites.
  • Manages sentiment reporting/analysis and recommendations, establishes a cadence of brand testing and aligning with product brands to build and maintain a calendar of testing.
  • Aligns with internal communications to ensure consistent and unified brand messages and experience.




  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university;  and 7+ years of relevant experience in project management, creative services management or agency account management.
  • Proven success in managing employee brand projects.
  • Organized with an ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Understanding of and ability to apply the principles of brand management across multiple disciplines.
  • Knowledgeable in how to build, grow, and leverage engagement with the brand.
  • Proven track record of bringing ideas to life.
  • Ability to conceptualize difficult, intricate, multi-layered or multi-faceted ideas or projects.
  • Experience with working on corporate and product brands.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
