Job Description

 

•    Act as subject matter expert on global Talent Management & People Development strategy, roadmap and solutions within the APAC region

•    Identifying, overseeing and working with external vendors and third parties as appropriate

•    Socialize global talent strategy, roadmap and solutions with HR stakeholders and Business Leaders

•    Proactively diagnose and identify talent needs at the regional and enterprise levels.

•    Provide strategic input and regional perspective to the global COE (Center of Excellence) to inform the HR roadmap and organization-wide initiatives

•    Research and benchmark internally and externally to identify best-fit solutions

•    Contribute to the design of global Talent Management & People Development (TMPD) projects, programs and processes; including approach, design, development, rollout planning, communication planning, etc., to ensure global perspective and best-fit  enterprise-wide solutions

•    Enable successful rollout and implementation of global TMPD processes and programs in the Americas region working closely with HR Senior Business Partners and the HR Delivery functions

•    Evaluate processes and program effectiveness and provides feedback to the COE

•    Provide content expertise and high-level consultation\design to local HR Delivery teams

 

 

 

Desired Skills:

·       A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team

·       Experience in Talent Management, Training & Development

  • Excellent ability to execute plans - Strong analytical skills planning and organizing capability
  • Very Good oral and written communication skills required

·       Post graduate degree in HR or Management  10+  years of  Work Experience

·       Experience stakeholder management

·       Eagerness to learn new skills

·       Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

·       Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

·       Quick positive response to feedback and calls for improvement
