ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Single point of contact for customer demand requirements. Coordinate with customer, sales, engineering and account management to align business requirements.
  • Manage and work with customers on order fulfillment via EDI or manual POs, set supply expectations and delivery.
  • Knowledge of SAP data fields, SAP pricing process, customer part number and WD part number mapping process. Understand fulfillment process from factory to LCs/Hubs, working with 3rd party contract manufacturer to kit raw drives into various customer OEM configuration.
  • Must be able to analyze and interpret data in order to communicate supply outlook to customer.
  • Maintain common, business critical part number master data and configuration related to customer and order management.
  • Work with IT on EDI, hubs and order management related improvements.
  • Participate in various UAT testing scenarios.6) Liaise with Finance to resolve customer credit issues and Logistics team to ensure on time delivery.


QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) 
  • Knowledge of Excel pivot tables, v-lookup, and formulas required; Tableau is a plus 
  • Knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP system preferred 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience managing cross functional teams or work groups
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines 
  • 4 year degree or equivalent business experience preferred
