ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Thailand HR Delivery team of HR professionals which consists of HR Generalists.
  • Support Department objectives and goals through effective performance management and individual development.
  • Support on learning requirements in alignment with global learning strategy, philosophy and approach.
  • Provide support to HR Enterprise Programs e.g. Global Leadership program, New Hire Orientation and Culture Attributes.
  • Create and implement master schedule per target audience (Ex. Training, Event, C.O.P, etc.)
  • Estimate budget forecast
  • Coordinate with Instructor, Facilitator, learning materials, equipment and room arranging Program plan, announcement and registration
  • Conduct L&D; Learning & Development session (open-to-evaluation)
  • Organize program feedback and improvement on Instructor, Learner Effectiveness and Efficiency, Organization Impact
  • Supporting of WD culture and other programs to evolve culture collaboration.
  • Maintains training records and prepares statistical reports as required.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Political Science, Law or related fields.
  • At least 2 – 5 years in Human Resources, People Development and other related fields. 

PREFERRED:

  • Goal-oriented, proactive, accountable and passionate about driving result.
  • Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Experience working in manufacturing environment is an advantage.

SKILLS:

  • Good command of verbal and written English (to use both in documents and business conversation)
  • Intermediate computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Power point, and Word
  • Demonstrated understanding of general concepts and principles relating business and HR objectives
  • Good interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication capability
  • Active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions to determine client needs
  • Consulting skills with the ability to help clients understand portfolio
