  • Leading servo integration activities such as firmware feature development and verification, process validation and test time reduction, and firmware release to production lines to support program schedule.
  • Acting as the focal point of communication to represent the servo team in cross-functional activities
  • Working with other functional leads as well as program management to optimize the program schedule and balance the resources and priorities throughout the development cycles.
  • Collaborating with Mechanical team on head-positioning analysis, performing assessments on impact of structural and acoustic vibrations from chassis on HDD performance and reliability.
  • Performing failure analysis (FA) to support manufacturing and reliability tests for HDD applications.



  • Willing to work in a highly collaborative environments with a professional team

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with an always learner attitude.

  • Control system design experience for embedded systems

  • Excellent working knowledge of MATLAB/Simulation and signal processing.

  • Programing skills with medium level languages such as C/C++ and low-level languages such as Assembly are preferred.

  •  MS degree in electrical, mechanical or computer engineering. PhD is a plus.
