We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-rounded Office 365 Senior Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will be the technical subject matter expert to plan, design, implement, and operationalize O365, Azure, and emerging technology solutions for the corporation. Working in an existing large hybrid environment, your strong technologist skills will be leveraged to promote innovative solutions. Solid business skills will also be leveraged to develop relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their business goals.

  • Act as the primary technical contact for O365, Teams, MDM, and other supporting Azure services
  • Deliver advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions to the business, including incident and communication management
  • Design, deliver, and operationalize enterprise class solutions for supporting messaging, collaboration, and Azure services.◦Business integrations (i.e. – O365 tenant deployments and migrations)
◦O365 Support tools (i.e. – Group management and provisioning)
◦Mobile Device Management
◦Supporting infrastructure solutions
◦Monitoring and alerting
◦Reporting / dashboards
  • Proactive O365 license monitoring and provisioning
  • Gather and assess business requirements, develop and present solutions, produce appropriate project documentation, and provide guidance and knowledge transfer to support staff
  • Participate in On-Call system administration support including but not limited to weekends, holidays and after-business hours as required to service the needs of the business
  • 5+ years work experience in hands-on technical experience, systems design, management, and monitoring of Office 365, Exchange, Teams, Active Directory, and Azure AD systems
  • 5+ years work experience with Mobile Device Management
◦VMware Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch) experience is ideal
  • 5+ years work experience with email security gateway products like Cisco IronPort
  • Deep working knowledge of Azure AD Connect
  • Hands on experience in complex collaboration migration environments, including hybrid O365 configuration
  • Experience conducting and supporting O365 migrations, authentication and identity management
  • Hands-on technical experience enterprise-level security incident and event management or DLP systems implementation or operations a plus
  • Experience with EM+S, Federation Services and Identity Management platforms a plus
◦VMware Workspace ONE IDM
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills
  • Microsoft Flow skills a plus
  • Microsoft Power BI skills a plus
  • An aptitude to learn new technologies
  • Able to demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work in team-oriented, collaborative environments
  • Able to lead projects and small teams
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • BS in Computer Science or 10+ years Information Technology work experience
