As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – University Relations, you will partner with our Executives, HR Leadership team, and Hiring Managers to develop, implement, and execute customized recruitment strategies to attract best-in-class and diverse talent for our global organization.  You will play a key role in promoting our world-class WD brand, driving our University Relations strategy, leading and developing a team of University Relations recruiters, and proactively building a pipeline of new college grads and interns for existing and future needs of the organization.    

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute a strategic university relations program in strong partnership with key universities and academic institutions 
  • Lead a team of experienced University Relations professionals who are passionate about recruiting
  • Own full life-cycle recruitment for new college graduates and interns across multiple functions, including: building the talent pipeline, screening, on-site interviews, and offers 
  • Incorporate and lead a Diversity & Inclusion strategy within the University Relations program
  • Build and maintain relations with key University partners
  • Leverage data to enhance our overall University Relations strategy, company brand and program
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
  • 3-5+ years of experience in University Relations program management experience  
  • 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • 2-3 years of experience in Diversity & Inclusion a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in project and program management
  • Global experience with a large number of stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen
Travel
Ability to travel up to 25-30% annually
