Essential duties and responsibilities


We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for Israel to help our company deliver world class, business focused, recruiting and attract top talent. 

You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, communicate a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with the business, candidates and employees. 

To excel as a Talent Acquisition Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. 

You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company. 

You will be in charge of planning, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and staffing processes and strategies.   

Responsibilities Develop sustainable talent acquisition plans and strategies Manage, mentor, and develop the TA team members 

Lead and deploy the sourcing strategy, and expand the effectiveness of the various sourcing channels 

Promotion of the employee referral programs and campaigns 

Champion and execute employer branding and talent attraction brand activities Senior positions recruitment and hands-on recruitment as needed 

Enhance managers and employees' TA capabilities by developing and delivering training programs 

Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process 

Promote inclusion and diversity 

Leverage metrics and monitor TA KPI’s to ensure recruiting efficiencies and identify areas for improvement·        

Maintain and update applicant tracking Western Digital ·        Demonstrate teamwork and partnership within the Talent Acquisition team and cross functional groups (Compensation, HR Business Partners) to drive the recruiting process.  


BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field Proven experience as a senior talent acquisition manager supporting large global organizations 

A leader and strategic thinker 

Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding

·        Experience partnering and influencing Senior Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle 

·        Experience successfully building business partnerships using consultative recruiting approach 

·        Successful delivery on all deadlines and executing in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 

·        Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), tools and sourcing technologies; prior experience with Taleo preferred. 

Able to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner - executive presence·         

·        Critical thinker with strong problem solving skills by proactively driving results and being solution oriented

·        Proven organization skills - ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands 

·        Ability to continuously strive for process improvement. 

·        A positive, can-do attitude; being excited about the possibilities ·        Strong business acumen  

·        Passionate about quality, including the quality of sourced candidates ·        Expertise in MS Office tools - MS word, Excel and MS Outlook.  

Strong ability to motivate employees 

High execution skills 

Team player and excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

Strong knowledge of HR laws 

Understanding of all selection methods and techniques Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
