Come join an HR team with a newly reorganized HR business partner community that is driving more impact on the business and its team members.  The Senior Manager, Human Resources/HRBP will work in collaboration with the Director, Human Resources to strengthen business performance through talent, engagement and organizational strategies for the global IT and Legal client groups.  The incumbent will partner closely with leaders in translating business objectives into people strategies that will enable organizational success.  This includes the development and implementation of HR-driven strategic imperatives that will focus on talent management, organizational health and employee engagement.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sought after as a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner to leaders at all levels
  • Actively participates with business leaders to plan and execute effective strategies - leverages deep understanding of the business to translate business plans into clear business-focused talent, engagement and organization strategies that achieve business outcomes
  • Drives the BU talent agenda and provide clear leadership on BU talent management – including assessing, developing, coaching and mentoring critical executive talent as part of implementing the company-wide talent management processes
  • Supports BU level M&A activity – both in assessing targets, evaluating cultural alignment, and ensuring smooth implementation and harmonization
  • Actively engages with business leaders to ensure organizational effectiveness and optimal organization design
  • Provides change management counsel and support
  • Partners with executives on executive hiring and reward decisions
  • Leads and participates in cross-functional project teams
  • Proactively partner and collaborate across the global HR organization, share information, and provide thought leadership and a solution-oriented mindset to optimize the business value of the HR function
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred
  • 6-8 years plus of experience in Human Resources or relevant experience
  • Experienced in talent management planning and execution of related strategies
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and experience in leading change efforts and developing metrics to measure success
  • Proven track record of leading and facilitating large scale initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills across levels, with an ability to persuade and influence, and the ability to build enthusiasm and commitment
  • Ability to coach leaders effectively and adept at building relationships with all levels of leadership
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, accountable and passionate about driving results
  • An agile and continuous learner with personal resilience and an ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Experience working and navigating globally -  experience working with Asian markets and cultures a plus
