As Senior Manager, Business Operations you will drive a high performance team responsible for supporting North America  customers.  In this role, you will manage the Retail CPFR team (Collaboration, Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) and account managers to ensure customer satisfaction, strong business execution, and a seamless experience across the full demand management process for our strategic customers (forecast, promotion, inventory management, and order management).






  • Ensure collaborative and effective communication with customers, sales, BU, and internal cross functional teams.
  • Work with customers to gain consensus on commits and POS (point-of-sale) forecast. 
  •  Own near-term account demand forecast by working with Sales and the customers on assortment set, promotion plans, and channel inventory to understand consumption trends and plans as it impacts the supply chain
  • Oversee business operations account management to achieve optimal results, including demand-supply alignment, forecast accuracy, on-time shipment and in-stock targets
  • Strong focus to achieve high levels of quality, efficiency and process consistency to meet customer service level metrics. 
  •  Identify areas of opportunity and initiatives to improve cross-functional alignment and performance levels.


  • University Degree
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • Experience with direct customer communications, forecasting, operational issues associated with order management, and process improvement
  • Knowledge of MRP and order fulfillment
  • Inventory management and shipping process knowledge is important
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package [Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, Outlook, PowerPoint
