ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with Global HR Operations, HRIS and other key stakeholders in the continuous evaluation and evolution of Workday, ServiceNow and global Payroll HRIS. 
  • Serve as first point of contact for all Workday, ServiceNow and global Payroll HRIS related matters and recommend solutions for improvements.
  • Manage and scale a global team of HRIS members to help drive overall HRIS roadmap. 
  • Mentor and innovatively coach the global team to develop expertise and drive process and configuration excellence. 
  • Effectively work with the team to prioritize work and establish a strong partnership with HR Technology Strategy and IT to ensure clear governance in how value is delivered to the end users with the goal of providing an amazing employee experience. 
  • Thinking about quality of business processes as well as data quality and integrity by ensuring a regular audit cadence in coordination with the People Analytics team. 
  • Collaborating with the HR Technology Strategy leader to ensure a clear 3+ year roadmap is outlined, prioritized and executed across all HRIS tools. 
  • Actively identify & resolve issues or opportunities for enhanced user experience and other HRIS integrations. 
  • Develop, document, and maintain all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance. 
  • Partner with cross-functional team members and IT team members on HRIS related issues/enhancements/queries. 
  • Collaborate with HR Operations team and provide Tier 1&2 support for Workday and other HR matters via the ServiceNow scoped application for HR. 
  • Work with COEs to translate business needs into projects, including prioritization, scheduling, and resource planning. 
  • Manage staffing and maintaining a best-in-class HRIS team. 
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Masters or bachelor’s degree in HR or MIS (Information systems) or related discipline. 
  • Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience working with HRIS systems and +5 years managing an HRIS team.  
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience with Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits Security and Reporting modules. Experience managing Workday Absence is a plus. 
  • Experience implementing the Annual Focal/Merit/Promotion/Bonus/LTI compensation process within the Workday Advance Compensation module is a plus. 
  • Experience working with multiple global Payroll providers and working knowledge of ServiceNow scoped application for HR is a plus. 
  • Experience managing HRIS changes/implementations to support M&A. 
  • Out of the box thinker and a hands-on Workday and ServiceNow expert continuously seeking ways to improve and optimize use of HRIS platforms. 
  • Detail and process-oriented leader, able to partner with non-technical customers and partners to understand user needs and translate needs into technical requirements. 
  • Experience with multiple Workday implementations in a global environment is preferred. 
  • Able to effectively partner with IT and non-technical customers to understand user needs and translate needs into technical process and configuration requirements. 
  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. 
  • Experience in a fast-growing, technology organization, preferably SaaS product delivery. 
  • Work in a dynamic global organization by balancing multiple priorities. 
  • Able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams using good judgement. 
  • Experience working a public company and familiarity with SOX compliance a plus. 
  • Proficient in Excel and managing data. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skill
