ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Meet with subject matter experts to understand the scope of each enterprise-wide change management project or initiative
  • Develop and execute bole strategic goals and manage complex change in a structured and insightful way
  • Reduce and mitigate risk by assessing business readiness across the project lifecycle
  • Lead process, system and organizational change against accelerated timelines
  • Contribute to and promote an enterprise level change center of excellence which standardizes change process, tools, and methodologies.
  • Work with the communications team to help draft and deliver effective communications
  • Conduct impact analysis, and identify key stakeholdersIdentify audiences that require training, conduct a needs assessment and gap analysis and document requirements for training
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all project change management interactions
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support change management at the organization level
  • Manage the change portfolio


REQUIRED:


  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in related field or commensurate experience
  • At least 5-7 years of change management experience in a corporate setting or consulting company
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications
  • Moderate travel

PREFERRED:

  • CCMP Certified
  • Ability using the Jive platform
  • Experience using Box for file storage and collaboration


SKILLS:

  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Change management certification or designation desired
