ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform and assist in training/ educating employees and contractors on current security issues to ensure compliance with Security standard/regulation/requirement.
  • Promote security communication and coordinate with other department and contractors.
  • Create security information media such as bulletin on board, intranet, company website or blog, security branding project to engage security awareness for employees and contractors.
  • Design and improve all security service to be effectively.
  • Control and manage security activities and event schedules to ensure that all is arranged and established on time.
  • Response in question, compliant, employees’ feedback with prompt manner and clear communication include define action to be taken for solving.
  • Maintain, control and secure employees locker also with audit, key control that may include loss and found employees’ properties, support employees’ requisition and locker database.
  • Coordinate with Security service provider to ensure effectiveness of service completion.
  • Employees and contractors badge generation process.
  • Contractor management and monitoring in Security concerns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, general management, Humanity and social or related field as minimum.
  • A minimum 1 year of working experience in customer services dealing or related field.
  • Good command in both Thai and English.
PREFERRED:
  • Be service mind and positive attitude.
  • Be able to work under pressure environment in international company.
  • Fast learning and flexible work.
SKILLS:
  • Communication skills are utilized when interact with employees and contractors.
  • Possess strong communication, good interpersonal skills, good planning, priority setting, detail-oriented, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Reading and writing abilities are utilized in order to document or training material.
  • Leadership skill and can work independently.
