In Sales Enablement, you will Assess, Design and Curate

 

    

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand sales needs and develop training and education assets 
  • Create new sales training content and update and integrate existing training content from best sales practices and various resources.
  • Constantly seek to evolve and refine the sales and service training strategy based on feedback.
  • Maintain on-going and effective communication with sales team and sales leaders.
  • Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools and practices to ensure maximum learning effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Business Units and existing subject matter experts to ensure training is up-to-date


 

REQUIRED:


  • 2+ years of sales training experience in technology industry
  • Experience in developing New Hire, Market Trend and Soft Skill training
  • Experience developing and writing training materials
  • Excellent communicator - possessing stellar speaking, writing, and listening skills
  • Effective and engaging presentation skills
