  • POS
    • Manually enter POS from report to SFDC. Must go line by line to enter POS into SFDC
    • When adding POS, ISR must deduct from Forecast funnel to reflect the updated forecasted number
      • Ex. current forecast is 1500 units, weekly POS is 500 units. Once POS is entered the Forecast funnel must be updated separately to reflect 1000 units
  • CPQ
    • Enter CPQ in existing opportunity or create new opportunity
    • Work with Pricing team on approvals
    • Generate and send approved CPQ doc to Sales Rep and Distributor
  • Forecasting
    • Make sure forecasts are in before new quarter starts – 30 % - 60%
    • Close current quarter forecasts before new quarter starts – Closed Won
    • As quarter progresses, work with sales reps to adjust opportunity levels
    • Maintain accurate forecasts as quarter develops/deals progress
  • Reporting
    • Pull reports and pivot based on type of report rep is looking for
  • SSD/Platforms Loaners
    • Enter Loaner request in SFDC
  • Work with Brianna to check product availability
  • Create a new Opportunity to enter Product Request
  • Enter Contract Request in SFDC
  • Work with Legal and Customer to get Contract signed and returned
  • Work with approvers to get request approved to ship
  • Monitor qual status, potential extension of Contract, return of drives
Lotus Notes
    • Enter and track PAR/PUR’s for accounts being supported
    • Work with Pricing for approvals
    • Send PAR/PUR pricing to Distributors
  • Samples
    • Enter samples for accounts being supported
    • Work with Product Managers on sample availability and sample request approvals
    • Work with Supply Team on sample ETA’s, shipping, tracking
    • Update Sales Rep and Customer on sample status
Miscellaneous Tasks
  • Supply
    • Work with Channel Ops and Supply Team on ETAs
    • Make sure Supply Team is aware of big deals/upsides
  • Key Account Information
    • Pull sales in/out, backlog and POS data for slides
  • PACs
    • Extend qual periods
    • Requests out of standard practice
  • Compliance Requests
    • Work with assigned CTS/FAE Rep to locate info if not published
      • RoHS Certificates
      • REACH Certificates
  • Sales Inboxes
    • Manage sales inboxes
      • Respond to leads
      • Route to appropriate Sales rep if necessary 
Sales Rep Back Up
Help manage and respond to inquiries from both Distributors and Indirect Customers
  • ETAs
  • Supply availability
  • Tracking information
  • EOL notices and product transitions
Channel Business Development
Cold Calling
  • Sift through Not Assigned report for accounts purchasing with no Sales Rep assigned
    • Work with Distribution Partner on potential contact information
    • Call on Accounts directly
  • Call on System Integration Accounts (not assigned to a Sales Rep) in SFDC
    • Update account information in SFDC
    • Phone number
    • Contact info

    • Add notes from call to SFDC Account
