ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Build and drive sales strategy in conjunction w/ company Go-To-Market initiatives including understanding the competitive landscape, presence and strength within industry
  • Actively engage in planning, relationship development and opportunity development and driving revenue by closing opportunities
  • Engage and align effectively in C-level meetings in order to effectively communicate customer business requirements
  • Build effective working relationships with internal counterparts such as engineering, marketing, finance, operations, etc. to ensure customer requests are appropriately met timely
  • Manage and report accurate forecast/demand and pipeline to the business
  • Achievement of annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Build strategies to drive rapid new business sales growth within different customer segments
  • Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence

REQUIRED:
  • Building a track record of new business sales success including presentation and negotiation skills internally and externally
  • Experience in driving sales process and drive effective working relationships with internal orgs
  • Giving sales presentations to key company stakeholders (Interlock)
  • Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers
  • Ability to build long term strategic and senior level relationships
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment
  • Focus on customer needs, challenges and outcomes, leveraging industry insights
  • Qualify, sell and close opportunities that will accelerate the customer’s business growth
  • Tactical Ownership of accurate CRM reports including current and future quarterly forecasts and opportunity inspection
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, negotiations, etc.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with various internal org’s for quarterly meetings
