  • Work with the Recruitment Manager to design the strategic plan for yearly implementation of hiring goals and objectives for both internship and full-time programs
  • Act as an internal consultant to key stakeholders on guidelines related to campus relations and recruiting (process, goals) for the season
  • Consult and meet regularly with hiring managers, business partners and leaders to ensure understanding of job requirements, review sourcing and advertising options, assist in the selection process, and facilitate on-boarding as necessary
  • Provide full-life cycle support, including but not limited to sourcing and screening, managing interview and candidate relationship process,  creating and extending offers,  and closing candidates
  • Document interview feedback and maintain candidate status within applicant tracking system.
  • Evaluate skill level and provide guidance to internal/external candidates throughout the interview process
  • Develop strategic sourcing strategies to effectively source candidates through cold calling, networking, career fairs, Internet postings, on-campus recruiting, and employee referrals
  • Support recruiting efforts by attending “Super Days” across multiple sites, may require weekly travel during peak season
  • Partner with internal business partners such as HR business Partners, Global Mobility, Compensation, and HR operations as needed.
  • Track, analyze, and report on metrics and effectiveness of university hires
  • Communicate fearlessly to build trust; you will bring a strong perspective that inspires change and motivates to develop simple solutions to complex problems
  • Collaborate amongst teammates and cross functional teams to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Undertake projects and tasks with an attention to detail coupled with a sense of urgency





  • Bachelor’s degree HR Management, Business Admin & any relevant field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated, relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, & Excel)




  • Knowledge of employment law, corporate recruitment processes, recruitment strategies are necessary
  • Must have experience with full life cycle recruiting including demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, candidate research and cold calling
  • Previous experience in University/Campus Recruiting preferred
  • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system




  • Proven organization skills - ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with competing demands
  • Excellent presentation and problem solving skills by proactively driving results and being solution oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment
  • Ability to manage customer relationships, provide strong customer service skills and work in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
