Western Digital is seeking a dynamic Program Manager -  Employment Brand, Social Media, & Tools to join our Global Enterprise Talent Acquisition team. The Program Manager will join Western Digital to develop and execute employment brand campaigns, build our social media strategy, and expand our talent attraction tools.  This ideal candidate will take Western Digital’s business imperatives and translate them into impactful recruitment and employer branding to drive external and internal candidate engagement as well as qualified, diverse candidate pipelines. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop global employer & recruitment brand creative concepts, messaging and assets
  • Amplify company culture, vision, mission, values, and opportunities through engaging branding
  • Campaign management, including development and execution of campaign strategy, concepts, media type, and channels
  • Create visually appealing graphics reflective of recruitment brand guidelines that inspire candidates to take directed actions
  • Author talent segment focused recruitment brand content
  • Develop brand guidelines and strategies
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Communications, Corporate Marketing, Social Media and other internal/external resources in the development of the recruitment brand and evolution to employer brand
  • Ensure all recruitment materials are updated to reflect branding guidelines
  • Develop and monitor recruitment brand metrics to ensure highest ROI
  • Provide guidance and direction for project team members to develop the knowledge and skills to progress in their branding career journey
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related fields, or equivalent
  • 5 -7 years of program management and talent acquisition experience, or equivalent
  • Strong to expert experience with Adobe suite and/or design programs
  • Demonstrated record of creating talent attraction branding that aligns with the needs of the business
  • Solid understanding of branding and marketing communications strategies and tactics
  • Social savvy; ability to identify social tools and trends with knowledge of effective social media platforms for recruitment branding
  • Energetic and passionate about the company brand and recruitment activity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), across all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to be a strong global team player with a drive to create a collaborative, positive, and inclusive work environment
