ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development and planning of monetization product strategy through analysis and research

  • Creating innovative market and product requirements documents (MRD & PRD) for next generation of services. 

  • Development and execution of the service roadmap

  • Developing, drafting, and managing complex workflows, planning and coordinating across multiple delivery teams and against aggressive timelines

  • Conduct consumer research projects within assigned fields, tracking new opportunities and supporting management's decision-making

  • Optimize funnels to reduce friction and monetize users 

  • Highlighting inefficiencies in tools, processes, and workflows to key partners in order to close gaps

REQUIRED:

  • A deeply collaborative nature and team player approach

  • Identification, specification and prioritization of service features, functionality and capabilities.

  • Facilitating development and implementation of high impact and differentiated product/service positioning and messaging.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Business Operations, Product Marketing and Customer service and support
