ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In this position, the individual will be responsible for develop the test algo to manage 3D Flash for SSD application to improve NAND life time in SSD or other customer application
  • The work will involve qualification of flash memory chips with the goal of improving the reliability to meet customer requirement
  • The individual will perform measurements of cell reliability and performance, do a large sample measurement, and compare it across devices from different process conditions followed by statistical data analysis.
  • Work with cross team functional team to understand the drive level reliability and implement the new tests in component level
  • Do the correlation study and give the feedback to the cross functional team to improve reliability
  • Develop the new method for better reliability projection and predication which will give the feedback to cross functional team for better NAND management. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS in related field with 8+ years industry experience.
