ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead to develop Roadmap and implement Cycle Time Projects and initiatives. Work with the functions of Engineering, Packaging, Planning and Factory to develop cycle time projects to meet the Overall Global Goals of Cycle time.
  • Conduct proof of concept, proof of technology. Experience in process re-engineering and make them more agile to address the dynamic business needs
  • Lead workshops to drive cycle time projects.
  • Ability to do Trade-off analysis on different levers in Supply Chain.
  • Possess experience in implementation of Enterprise Systems
  • Ability to collaborate with business partners to document cycle time requirements and Business Process changes to implement cycle time projects.
  • Analyze business requirements to create use cases and testing documentation
  • Project Management Responsibility for all deliverables in all stages including design, analysis and implementation.
  • Understand existing business processes and technology to develop the “to be” and Align to create measurable business ROI.
  • Data analysis using different tools to help develop cycle time benefits, cycle tracking etc.
  • This May Include:
    • Strong understanding of digital tools and technologies such as cloud, analytics etc.
    • Developing key metrics around business impact and user acceptance
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s degree in both Industrial Engineering or Supply chain and Operations or MBA in Supply Chain.
  • 5-6 years of work experience in Supply Chain, Operations, and Project Management
  • Proven experience in leading, owning, and managing large cross-functional projects
  • Experience in business process methodology and program management.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, ability to influence others, drive new initiatives and way of thinking in the organization
