We have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Generation Automation Specialist to join a newly established team to help grow and contribute to the continued success of the Lead and Demand Generation Team. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy automation nerd who gets excited and geeks out about all things “Automation”. We want someone who is enthusiastic to get under the hood and ensure our tools meet best practice standards. We’re looking for a skillful tactician to help develop and build world class workflows within the automation suite. Bonus points if you are Marketo certified or in the process. If you’re the person that loves to take campaign plans and messaging and use automation processes to WOW and delight the right people at the right time, we’d love to talk to you!


  • Take operational responsibility for global demand generation campaign automation, end to-end, from target identification to post campaign reporting with wider team.
  • Own campaign development including functionality and rendering across devices, operating systems and browsers.
  • Set up, test, execute and report on campaigns for lead management, lead nurturing, lead scoring and lead routing.
  • A/B and multivariate testing and optimization.
  • Continually optimize email and landing page performance through iterative testing and regular monitoring of deliverability.
  • Maintain a strong technical understanding of automation platforms and CRM platforms, including campaign management in all systems, contact management, lead tracking, segmenting, reporting, and basic CRM/third-party integration.
  • Maintain programs and campaigns to ensure accuracy of data and related records including compliance with all GDPR policies and governance.
  • Provide regular reporting on metrics and results of marketing performance that is in line with our overall marketing KPIs to campaign managers and key stakeholders.
  • Construct views and dashboards for all campaigns, leads, prospects, opportunities, pipeline, contact, account and revenue activities.
  • Work with campaign managers to identify and rectify day-to-day data quality issues within the operational processes.
  • Provide input and support creating and updating standard marketing operating procedures and identifying process improvements.
  • Assist with other demand generation marketing activities as needed including lead management, data cleanup, and team training.
  • BA/BS or higher degree in communications, marketing, business or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in leading Email Marketing Platforms. 3 to 5 years demonstrated success executing marketing campaigns, including best practices, database management, smartlist development, setup, testing, launching and scoring of campaigns and programs, and reporting on campaign analytics
  • Marketo certified expert is preferred
  • Salesforce.com lead flow integration experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS
  • Coding for responsive web design and email is a plus
  • Experience with design tools (Photoshop)
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Acute attention to detail; extremely organized and highly accountable to deadlines
  • Resourceful self-starter/problem solver
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory

  • Marketo & other CRM tools- certification is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of email compliance
  • Compile metrics, data and analytics to work with Campaign Managers on building strategy
  • Identify opportunities for audience targeting, segmentation
  • Support scaling programs through workflows, campaigns and other outbound programs
  • Data governance and process documentation- maintain database health (database hygiene)
  • Schedule regular database clean up, reporting, process, A/B tests, templates, compliance
  • Support automation and training toward self service and ease of process
  • Experience with discount code implementation and automation
  • Experience with list providers, webinar platforms, template building tools
