ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the translation process for collateral, web content and videos.
  • Support marcom managers with production on creative requests from domestic and international channel marketing teams.
  • Create and update project schedules and program presentations.
  • Participate in the quality and technical review of marketing collateral.
  • Monitor the SelectWD and WDBrand email accounts and traffic or reply to inquiries.
  • Assist with updating the SelectWD website for new product launches and program details.
  • Office support including meeting scheduling, PO follow up, invoice review, budget reconciliation
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Communications, Marketing or related studies.
  • 2-3 years experience in channel or marketing communications or related field.
  • Experience working with graphic designers desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and manage a task through completion.
  • Ability to write descriptive and sales copy helpful
