ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for managing Site Services Department and employee services programs, including but not limited to, planning, development, implementation, maintenance, resource requirement and cost justification to support smooth business operations, employees well-being and satisfaction as the following details:
  • Provides and manages employee transportation program including but not limited to shuttle buses, shuttle pick-up trucks, and shuttle vans service to support business operations smoothly and comply with Company’s requirements, agreements made with the business partners, and meet employees’ satisfaction including maintain the effective transportation contingency/continuity plan as well as emergency response plan in case of incident.
  • Provides and manages canteen service including but not limited to food and beverage suppliers and minimart services to support the business operations smoothly and comply with Company’s requirements, agreements made with the business partner, and meet employees’ satisfaction including maintain the effective canteen service contingency/continuity plan as well as emergency response plan for emergency incidents.
  • Provides and manages Dormitory Service to comply with Company’s requirements and agreement made with the business partner in order to enhance employee well being including maintain the effective dormitory contingency plan and emergency response plan for emergency incidents.
  • Provide and manage Janitorial and General Services including, but not limited to, housekeeping, ground keeping, pest control, landscaping, handy man, sanitary disposal and waste management to support employee welfare.
  • Provide and manage Building & Office supply, Office work station, Meeting room, Reception, Mail room, ESD uniform & Shoes, Locker to support smooth business operation and meet employees/customers satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain all site services operations and contractor management to fully comply with law and regulations, environmental, health & safety, security, labor, ethics and compliance policy and other applicable requirements.
  • Manage budgeting to achieve forecast accuracy and control actual spending for Site Services department to meet budget target and cost effectiveness.
  • Continual improve site services department performance and contractor management as well as continual improve employee/customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other jobs assignment.  
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years in related field and at least 5 years management level and contractor management.
SKILLS:
  • Very good knowledge in labor laws and its practice
  • Fluent in English and PC literacy
