Essential Duties and Responsibilities

      • This job reports directly to the Regional Sales Director.
      • The individual will be a segment sales lead in the assigned territory
      • Requires a very high level of responsibility and self-motivation. The individual will own both SI and SO targets, long and short term business objectives, and geo/channel expansion plan.
      • The individual will work closely with the regional and in-country sales and marketing team to determine channel/consumer/enterprise programs and execute merchandising, promoter and retail/SI development programs to fuel business growth
      • Work with the necessary regional support functions to achieve company objectives and sales goals.
      • Own the relationships with key organizations/influencers vital to the long-term growth of the brand in the country. Overall channel management & development.
      • Act as the spokesperson for press, media and channel events. Drive brand awareness & channel/customer preference in the country.
      • Be an expert in the region and be able to develop an in-depth knowledge of the region, including, but not limited to, market trend, competition, customer requirements and key press/media.

Education and/or Experience

    • Must be educated to degree level or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years work experience in sales management. Proven track records in sales performance.
    • Experience of working with/in the distribution channel a must and successful candidates will have a proven track record demonstrating their understanding and business acumen.
    • Must be a Team player, highly energetic and with passion to excel.
    • Proven record as a people manager for >12-months period. Expected to recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and networking skills at all levels and ability to influence both internal & external colleagues. Must be able to work independently with excellent self-discipline; always work with uncompromising integrity.
    • Strong presentation and strategic planning skills
    • Ability and willingness to travel.
