As the Facilities Project Manager, you will manage the Facilities, infrastructure, construction projects to support Western Digital At Bangpa-in Factory. You will support the strategy of corporate REO and align with the manufacturing strategies. You are a leader which have exceptional communication, organizational and managerial skills. You should be an enthusiastic, motivational role model with a sincere interest in people and personally committed healthy organization and lead your organization to achieve the objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Estimates the project cost for requestor budgeting.
  • Plans Project timeline activities to meet requestor requirement.
  • Establishes Statement of Work to perform bidding, PR process to request for PO.
  • Executes projects to meet quality, schedule, safety and environmental requirement.
  • Supports all project engineers to execute the project per plan
  • Coordinates the concerned parties to continue the work in safe, no production interruption.
  • Handovers projects to IE, Production, Facilities Operation and maintenance for utilization, operation and maintenance.
  • Summarizes project status report to the Senior Manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, civil.
  • Minimum 10 years of recent experience working in Facilities, construction, infrastructure project  management and 5 years minimum in managerial level.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of ACAD and MS Project
PREFERRED:
  • Knowledge of cleanroom protocol, Facilities management.
  • Safety and the management of change.
SKILLS:
  • Demonstrated understanding of general business and financial concepts and principles, relating benefit strategies to broader business and Project objectives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization
  • Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions to determine client needs
  • Ability to make clear, logical decisions based on facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short term effects, and exercising sound judgment when handling complaints, confidential and sensitive issues
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts of others
