  • Assist with the management of the company’s SOX compliance program worldwide
  • Key member of the ERP implementation team
  • As it relates to the business processes within the new ERP system
  • Collaborate with the business process owners in documenting the process flowcharts and/or narratives. Identify the relevant risks and evaluate the proper design of control activities, evaluation of key controls and appropriateness of supporting documentation as evidence of control operation
  • Identify key reports and spreadsheets used in support of control operating effectiveness
  • Harmonize documentation of the new processes and rationalize controls from legacy processes and systems
  • Work closely with the external and internal auditors to support SOX testing and with process owners for remediation of identified control deficiencies
  • Assist with training on internal controls
  • Request and review Service Organization Control reports to provide assurance on the accuracy of service provider activities and reporting
  • Review Segregation of Duties (SOD) reporting from the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure identified mitigating controls are current and effective
  • Assist with the maintenance of the company’s internal Sox toolOther duties as assigned
