We are looking for a highly collaborative individual who is passionate about building a World-Class Culture. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is enthusiastic about bringing an organization’s culture to life and elevating the employee experience. The Culture Curator will partner with leaders and employees across the organization to continue to evolve a culture aligned with the Company Mission, Vision and Values.

The position reports to the Vice President of Enterprise People Strategy, Development and Culture.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Proactively partner and collaborate with employees and leaders across levels, functions and global geographies to achieve shared objectives
  • Effectively influence stakeholders across the organization
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships across functions and locations
  • Plan, monitor and support our Culture Journey
  • Design creative presentations, content and collateral to support our Culture transformation
  • Craft communications and campaigns that ignite passion around Culture and Employee Engagement 
  • Communicate project progress with key stakeholders 
  • Be the steward of Culture tools and resources
  • Build and share expertise in areas of Culture and Employee Engagement
  • Stay current on research and best practices, summarizing findings and recommendations for enhancing current processes and practices
  • Approach daily work with a broad, global perspective 
  • Provide change management knowledge and support
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3-5 years of professional work experience with an emphasis on employee experience, organizational effectiveness, marketing, learning & development, change management and/or culture initiatives required
  • Passionate about Culture with a clear understanding of its importance and power to drive success
  • Proven experience in ideation, creation and execution of corporate culture transformation and/or successful corporate culture campaigns, activation and reinforcement tools/programs
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, accountable and passionate about driving results
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with people across geographies, functions, and levels of the organization
  • Moves beyond traditional ways of doing things; pushes past the status quo
  • Maintains a positive attitude and forward-thinking approach despite challenges
  • Models high standards of honesty and integrity
  • Pursues everything with energy and drive
  • Shows personal commitment and acts to continuously learn and improve
  • Actively seeks out information about a wide variety of Cultures and viewpoints
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and strong design instincts
  • Ability to manage the uncertainty of change
  • Strong Project Management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and measure progress and success 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Strong communications and presentation skills 
  • Marketing creative and/or graphic design experience is highly desired
  • Preferred:
  • Master degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Marketing or related field
