ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help prepare stakeholder communications materials under the guidance of the Sr Manager, Program Management, with activities including, but not limited to: Working with the Business Analyst(s), GPOs, and SPOs to collect weekly status updates on deep dives and initiative critical paths
  • Tracking and managing risks, issues, and next steps
  • Preparing stakeholder socialization materials to ensure stakeholders are regularly appraised of status and progress (e.g. for weekly GPO meetings)
  • Work closely with SPOs and process teams to track, manage, and maintain mapping of live processes to business processes and applications
  • Assess any process changes that may impact process interlocks
  • Work with IT to identify opportunities for improvement, with activities including, but not limited to:
    • Collect information that helps determine the applicability of RPA
    • Identify processes, sub-processes, or other opportunities that would benefit from RPA
    • Estimate the impact on process metrics from RPA
    • Estimate the effort to apply RPA
    • Communicate assessment rating to stakeholders and connect stakeholders to IT
  • Define performance metrics to track RPA projects
  • Work with GPOs to baseline opportunities and track post-RPA implementation
  • Capture demand (from early-stage speculative) and update scope and business case as demand is refined
  • As needed, support enterprise transformation projects by coordinating with the Process Improvement Coordinator, process architects, technical architects, and GPOs/SPOs to understand and manage required changes to established processes

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 3-years related experience in either a consulting, project management or process improvement related role
  • Experience and knowledge of project management in a structured environment
  • Ability to liaise with senior level stakeholder representatives in a rational and measured manner to communicate project progress, issues, risks and solutions
  • Ability to control meetings and ensure the attendees are focused on achieving the predefined objectives
  • Ability to document and communicate the status of project progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary
  • Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (e.g. PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work individually and proactively

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior exposure to Robotic Process Automation and its enabling technologies
