  • Assist with program management activities, such as tracking and managing risks, issues, action items and decisions for key meetings as well as follow-up on priority items
  • Work closely with process teams to understand, track, manage and maintain end-to-end processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Analyze processes and data to support decision-making at the executive level
  • Capture and analyze process metrics for reporting purposes
  • Help prepare stakeholder communications materials under the guidance of the Sr Manager, Program Management, including socialization materials, process team updates, status reports, sponsor decks, etc.
  • Assess process changes or updates related to end-to-end process interlocks
  • As needed, support enterprise-wide special transformation projects by coordinating with process teams to understand and manage required changes to established processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 3-years related experience in either a consulting, project management or process improvement related role
  • Experience and knowledge of project management in a structured environment
  • Ability to liaise with senior level stakeholder representatives in a rational and measured manner to communicate project progress, issues, risks and solutions
  • Ability to control meetings and ensure the attendees are focused on achieving the predefined objectives
  • Ability to document and communicate the status of project progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary
  • Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (e.g. PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work individually and proactively
  • Prior exposure to Business Process Management (BPM) tools and enabling technologies
