ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Manage the logistics and communications in support of company events. 
  • Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors and business stakeholders to successfully execute events 
  • Create and curate event pages and related content on corporate intranet 
  • Manage event set up, tear down and follow-ups for all IT event responsibilities 
  • Establish standardized event procedures and train staff for proper execution 
  • Develop and manage documentation 
  • Create and adhere to an event budget to avoid project overruns 
  • Track key event performance areas and identify areas to improve for future events 
  • Lead an internal audio/video team to maintain company conference rooms and Executive Briefing Centers. 
  • Evaluate, recommend and purchase AV equipment and services 
  • Coordinate with corporate communications team for event announcements 
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines 
  • Experience working with high level executives is a must 
  • Work experience in a Fortune 100 company is highly desired 
  • Capable of working with internal, external and global teams and partners 
  • Experience coordinating large-scale events 
  • Familiarity with vBrick, Sedna, Crestron, Cisco AV room kits, Steelcase Room Wizards 
  • Video production, lighting, editing, sound board, control room experience a plus
