PROJECTS & DELIVERABLES

  • Create script-to-screen AVP of HR learning contents for uploading in the Learning Management System
  • Update existing HR learning videos into interactive materials and LMS-ready content
  • Create a database and system for efficient training documentation and report generation.

OTHER DUTIES

  • Collaborate with the HR partners in planning, preparing, and developing training materials, multi-media learning materials, and other communications materials
  • Leverage virtual education materials and tools and support to enhance employee training and development programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enrolled in an AB/BS degree program
    • Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology (1)
    • English/ Development Communication (1)
    • Graphic Design/ Artist/ Computer Science (1)
  • Knowledge in developing multi-media learning materials and training
  • Knowledge in scriptwriting, video capture, and editing
  • Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Strong background in extra-curricular activities/organizations
  • Should be flexible, curious, assertive, and proactive
