ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


As a Workday HCM Functional Analyst with expertise in Recruiting & Compensation functional domains, you should expect to be involved in the following:


  • Work on Recruiting and Compensation work streams driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to functionality.
  • Will be actively involved with configuration of Recruiting in Workday.
  • Support and Enhance the existing compensation domain.
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
  • Architect Workday HCM solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
  • Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
  • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
  • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.


PREFERRED:


  • Prior experience with Annual Compensation Review (ACR) and Short term incentives (STI)
  • Prior experience with job requisitions, evergreen requisitions, confidential requisitions, job application business process, job posting templates, career sites, recruiter security, offer letters, agency management and candidate management.
  • Proven ability work within a team-oriented environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.


REQUIRED:

  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • 3+ years of consulting experience, most recently in an Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm 
  • Workday HCM, Recruiting or Compensation certifications are a major plus.
  • 2+ years of HCM implementation experience in Workday.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
