The Global Marketing manager has one of the most important roles within the regional marketing organization. Reporting directly to the VP Regional Marketing, the person is in the center of the global & regional marketing planning & execution for the entire channel product portfolio.


1. Global Organizational Alignment

a. Playbook – Create clarity of mission, track progress on key initiatives to accelerate organization transformation.

b. Foster and cultivate creativity (Internal creative contests)

c. Promote & recognize regional team achievement on team Intranet page.

d. Budget Management – Ensure global marketing budgets are timely. Distributed/re-allocated/Tracked to ensure budget optimally utilized to support business objectives and regional needs.

e. Drive transformation of our marketing mix towards digital marketing.

f. Manage VP weekly staff call and annual staff offsite.

g. Global travel on request.

h. Manage ad hoc marketing projects.

2. Manage and enhance Integrated Marketing Plan (IMP)

a. Manage entire business process of the Integrated Marketing Plan.

i. Manage annual marketing planning process, including budget planning, review process and executive presentations

ii. Regional spokesperson during review process

iii. Ensure functional alignment across business unit, sales and marketing teams iv. Facilitate business unit & executive review meetings

v. Coordinate budget communication with global MDF team

vi. Enhance IMP process to be a data driven, centralized marketing tool, which enables fast, regional and or local adjustable campaign execution

b. Focal point for marketing planning with 130+ global marketers across 6 regions.

c. Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to develop multiple campaign messaging, brand/style guidelines and orchestrate kick-off with global marketing teams.

d. Performance Marketing – quarterly metrics reporting and review with Business Units to continually optimize & reinvest into future quarters.

3. Demand Generation

a. Trade Shows Governance– Annual planning/alignment ensure all outbound events adhere the brand/campaign message defined in (2) IMP.

b. Reach Cost Quality (RCQ) analysis - Determine the best activities for participation before/during/after the trade show/event to reach the MQL/SQL objectives.

c. Collaborate with Marketo/Salesforce admins to implement appropriate top-of-funnel lead routing for measurable marketing outcomes.

d. Work with the Partner Marketing team to develop/establish/launch ONE Partner Portal as the main partner resource globally.

4. Digital Transformation

a. Accelerate data-driven, analytics-first approach to improve marketing planning processes and increase operational efficiencies.

b. Automate nurturing campaigns to target high-intent, ready-to-buy customers, resulting in lower operation cost and higher revenue

5. Social Media Campaigns

a. KPI Dashboard – compile/track metrics and benchmark for different B2C social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).

b. Editorial calendar – Storyboard with Partner Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to provide value around buyer’s journey.

c. Customer profiling & audience selection by campaign objectives.

6. New Product Introduction

a. Advocate for channel customers in defining content marketing sourcebook value proposition for channel customers (Regional-OEM, distributor, VAR, System Integrator, Resellers).

b. Consolidate & standardize launch asset requirement from global regions for new product launch (enterprise/retail).

c. Project manage localization and in-house reviewer to ensure timely delivery (15 languages).

The candidate should have the following back ground:

• 6-10 years marketing experience, preferable global marketing role in channel marketing, partner marketing or field marketing.

• Deep understand of vertical marketing campaign planning and execution.

• Understanding the different marketing mix for business to business products (B2B) and business to consumer products (B2C).

• Understanding of digital marketing and how an organization can transform to it. • Understanding of complex matrix organizational structures and planning processes.

• Ability to manage executive presentations and communications.

• Ability to present in front of broader audiences and create cross functional alignment.

• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferable multilingual with broader international experience.

• Willingness for international travel.

• Passion for learning.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects.

• Strong collaborations skills.
