The Financial Analyst II will provide financial support to the Cash Management/Business Finance Consolidation team. This position will be responsible for forecasting, reporting, analytical support, and variance analysis.  This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Financial Planning and Budgeting.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain balance sheet and indirect cash flows in new planning tool (go-live in January 2019) for both forecast (future) periods and actuals
  • Work with business partners to ensure their inputs are recorded timely and accurately
  • Assist in reconciling any variances between direct and indirect cash flow models
  • Provide reporting and analytics when/as needed
  • Complete variance analysis on forecasted values versus actual results and develop measures to continuously improve forecasting accuracy
  • Assist with various cash flow activities when/as needed
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as a valued business partner.
  • Understanding of balance sheet and calculation of indirect cash flows from balance sheet
  • Exhibits solid communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
  • Highly collaborative, team focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Systems and tools skills preferred: SmartView, Excel, and PowerPoint.
