  • Compile monthly E&C team meeting presentation slide decks and quarterly team newsletters
  • Compose and compile a monthly E&C team resources email
  • Create a monthly Compliance Champions email
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to compile responses, gather supporting documentation, and oversee completion and submission of annual certification process
  • Partner with SMEs to update E&C intranet pages as needed and track activity
  • Ensure team Box filing system is kept up to date and direct new team members on numbering system and usage
  • Support new team members by providing access to resources 
  • Interface with external translations vendor and co-ordinate internal translation reviews
  • •Ensure policy and Code of Conduct updates are approved, translated, reviewed, and posted to company intranet
  • •Gather content from SMEs for E&C annual report and assist Communications Analyst with report creation
  • Assist with annual team goal-setting process, format goals, and create team goal booklet
  • Assist E&C Communications Analyst with projects when needed
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned







  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Experience in the areas of legal or ethics and compliance operations, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to understand, learn, and use new technology and systems
  • Experience with graphic design programs including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize activities that drive most value for the team and the business
  • Committed to growth mindset and continuous improvement
  • Position requires little to no travel







  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment, including focusing when needed on the matter at hand
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively on legal and compliance issues verbally and in writing, in a clear and understandable manner.





  • Competency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
