Job Description


·       Oversee HR Operations team and be responsible for a wide array of HR program support and administrative tasks that include general employee inquiries, support COE's with benefits and compensation administration, data transaction processing, etc.

·       Ensure successful knowledge transfer of HR services as part of the new HR Ops Site strategy.

·       Ensure new services are adopted by the team with appropriate amount of training and support.

·       Drive innovation with the team to achieve “Zero Day” resolution for the employees.

·       Partner with COE leaders and global operations program owners to ensure that end-to-end processes are documented, and that knowledge is transferred to the HR Support team and documented appropriately.

·       Balance focus and progress on improving the overall employee experience and driving operational efficiency.

·       Be focused on data insights to drive productivity within the team and allowing continuous improvements for employee support.

·       HR Leadership

·       Build strong relationships with country leadership, HR Operations leaders, HRIS, COEs, HRBPs and corporate partners globally to understand HR Central service delivery expectations and to ensure services meet or exceed those expectations.

·       Work with HR Operations leadership team and broader HR leadership team to understand new knowledge and program/process changes coming down the line to ensure HR Support teams are ready to support customers at all times

·       Provide coaching, development and mentoring to HR Support team to help them achieve their goals and to promote HR Operations as a team that many aspire to join.

·       Responsible for finding and hiring bright and customer-centered HR Support talent to HR Operations

Desired Qualifications:


·       Bachelor's degree required and MBA preferred

·       5 or more years of progressively responsible HR or other customer support service center related experience

·       1 or more years’ experience managing people with demonstrated results attracting and developing talent; operations or customer support managerial experience preferred

·       Proven ability to work successfully in a highly matrixed model - corporate, functional and geographic – where strong influencing skills are integral to success

·       Demonstrated results providing thought leadership, mentorship and leading a team to high performance .

·       Strategic/critical thinker with business acumen
