IntelliFlash , a Western Digital storage brand is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to build, lead, oversee and support our Colorado sales development representatives team. The Inside Sales Manager will report into the Demand Generation team and will lead and motivate the team to achieve specific goals and objectives; setting qualified meetings for field sales teams.


  • Managing a team of lead development representatives to follow up on marketing leads and place outbound calls to set qualified sales meetings for the field sales teams.  
  • Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure sales program's success across teams and departments throughout the company.
  • Serve with other departmental management to facilitate relationships among members of these various departments and locations in order to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, product management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and offerings.
  • Setting, tracking and reporting targets for your team
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in sales administration processes
  • Identify topics and coordinate team trainings to ensure team remains skilled in product/solutions, competition, sales techniques.
  • Work with marketing operations to develop weekly reports.
  • Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives and communications for the assigned team.
  • Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.
  • Responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within Colorado location.
  • Coaching and mentoring team to ensure team is at optimal performance.
  • Proven success as in Inside Sales Manager
  • Hands on experience with SFDC, Tout App (or similar solution),, agent assisted dialer solutions.
  • In depth understanding of sales/lead management processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem solving – attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience in related field.
  • 8-10 years of business experience
  • Working knowledge of the most current technologies in storage industry; or closely related
