In this role, you will play a key role in managing a proactive anti-corruption program at a complex global company. This will include assisting with risk assessments and internal and third party audits, developing internal legal compliance tools, and performing ongoing anti-corruption risk monitoring. In addition, the Director will help the internal investigations team on complex investigations, particularly those requiring financial analysis and assessments.  The Director will report to the Senior Director in charge of the global privacy, anti-corruption and antitrust compliance teams.

The Director will be responsible for managing the anti-corruption program. Coordination and collaboration with the departments and colleagues throughout the world will be essential. This is also a management role. The role will manage two direct reports, one in the United States and one based in the Asia-Pacific region.



  • Managing an anti-corruption program, including proactive oversight tools, trainings, and active monitoring of high risk transactions;
  • Developing metrics and tools to help analyze anti-corruption data to determine trends and areas of compliance risk;
  • Working with the internal investigations teams around the globe on complex investigations;
  • Working cross-functionally to evaluate and recommend changes and solutions to improve policies, procedures, and internal controls based on risk assessments or other root causes of misconduct
  • Overall Ethics and Compliance team support including training, due diligence and other tasks, as needed.
  • JD with minimum 8 years of experience, or CFE or similar certification with minimum 12 years of experience, working as an anti-corruption lawyer, auditor, accountant, investigator or ethics and compliance professional
  • SCCE certification is preferred, but not required
  • Experience working inside a global company is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills and a demonstrated record of cross-functional collaboration and an ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Integrity, professionalism and a keen understanding of the sensitivity and confidentiality of the work is a must 
  • Professional presence, excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, and experience delivering crisp, clear executive presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and manage multiple projects simultaneously and focus on critical priorities
  • Strong work ethic and ability to produce high quality work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment and sensitivity to and an understanding of cultural differences around the globe
  • Ability to travel, including international travel, is required
