ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a management position that will run the Devices Center of Excellence. This organizations charter will be to insure that Devices has harmonized and efficient processes and management systems, while having resources to develop and implement tools to drive the business to succeed. This role will be centrally located, with visibility to the SVP of Devices. Success will drive meaningful, end to end process change, with direct impact to the bottom-line.

 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 6-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Hard Drive and Flash industry
  • A technical degree and/or work with systems and tool development
  • A collaborative mindset that can work cross-functionally across various business functions (e.g. product marketing, product management, finance, strategy, etc)
  • Project Management and/or consulting experience is a plus
