This HR Business Partner role will support several executives in the world-wide Operations, working with the Lead HRBP for the organization. 

Align with and lead other HR Partners to define and execute HR business strategies and priorities to drive business success.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partners with senior leaders to support the business in executing organizational, strategic and talent priorities
  • Develops strategic Talent Framework to identify & develop high potential leaders, define succession strategies that develop leadership bench strength, support workforce planning and drive employee engagement
  • Leads organizational design and alignment efforts incorporating a variety of organizational design & effectiveness tools
  • Actively partner, coach, and develop senior and executive leadership.
  • Understands the business and its challenges in order to help address the organization and people needs
  • Serves as a key partner in acquisition and integration planning for assigned client group.
  • Design and implement change management and communication strategies for the client group.
  • Implements and administers HR programs and services (Annual Salary Planning, Bonus & Long Term incentive planning, performance management process, etc.

 

REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of HRBP or related HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or directly related experience required
  • Experience supporting large global organizations
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational development, workforce planning and change management
  • Experience working effectively in a matrixed, global organization
  • Travel percentage 15% or more

  • Excellent consulting skills
  • Experience coaching mid to senior-level executives
  • Extensive experience influencing executives and other business leaders
  • Expertise in identifying and driving HR solutions which align to business strategy
  • Strong conflict management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
