• Manage the review and update of global Accounts Receivable policies, practices, procedures and systems
• Enforce and ensure compliance to company policies and maintaining all appropriate records to meet internal & external audit requirements
• Monitor and supervise receivable activities and providing updates of receivables
• Prepare and analyze weekly rebates status
• Support month and quarter end activities to ensure accounts receivable reconciliations, periodic reporting requirements and reserve adjustments are completed accurately and timely
• Responsible for the oversight and approval of all customer rebate programs for distribution partners and Retail & OEM customers and partner with the pricing team on program construction
• Manage the timely and accurate issue of rebates and incentives to customers in accordance with established policies, procedures and timetable and the resolution of customer queries
• Perform customer inventory analytics per scheduled and adhoc requests basis.  
• Ensure that ‘service level agreements (SLA’s) and key performance metrics (eg. compliance, turnaround time, accuracy) are achieved
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders (eg Sales, Account Management, Accounting) for issue resolution and support
• Establish relationships with key customer personnel
• Supervise, train and evaluate staff of  > 5, and assist on special projects as required
• Interface with business partners with regards to process changes, upgrades and enhancements
• Work closely and coordinate with internal and external functional teams/ department functions such as Sales operations, Logistics, Revenue, Client support, etc.
• Manage files, records, transactions and other office procedures and maintain audit trail
• Assist with key periodic (month end close, quarter close, yearend etc.) business activities
• Ensure targets, measurements and service levels are met



• Worked in SSC or BPO environment
• Accounts Receivable background or experience
• Can work on a night shift


• Accounting graduate preferred
• Flexibility on work schedule


• Oracle and or SAP experienced
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization
• Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions to determine client needs
• Ability to make clear, logical decisions based on facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short term effects, and exercising sound judgment when handling complaints, confidential and sensitive issues
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts of others
