As the Analyst 3, Compensation and Benefits, you will partner with HR team members in Philippines and Thailand to provide compensation and benefits expertise consultation for effective execution of compensation and benefits programs including salary structure, allowances, short and long term incentive, health and life insurance, retirement, rewards, recognition, etc.  You have to monitor compensation and benefits policy and practice in related markets and legislated requirements to ensure company's competitive position and compliance with regulations. You will assists in the analysis, design, and administration of company compensation and benefits policies and programs that align with company’s strategy and could motivate and retain talents.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform support activities to develop, implement and administer compensation and benefits policies and programs.
  • Maintain update compensation and benefits policies and provide knowledge base to HR team members to support executions and operations
  • Partner with HR team members as compensation and benefits expertise to provide related consultancies and knowledge to people managers
  • Develop and/or participates in compensation and benefits surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.
  • Review job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities to match with market jobs.
  • Formulate recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, job revisions and organizational structures. 
  • Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and benefits administration and recommends appropriate courses of action.
  • Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices.
  • Recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation and benefits related problems.
  • Review requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate job level assignment. 
  • May prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as work related allowances, incentive compensation, health benefits, etc.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Fluent in English communication.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
PREFERRED:
  • Compensation and Benefits knowledge – High Tech Industry in Philippines and Thailand
  • Compensation and Benefits survey experience – Radford,  Mercer, Willis Towers Watson
  • HR system experience – Workday, PeopleSoft, Chemsoft
  • Labor Laws knowledge – Philippines  and Thailand
